May 2024 meeting

A bit late, but here's a quick report on our May meeting. We started off with games of Scout then Oceans, Ark Nova, Castles of Burgundy, and Ahoy.

Those games were fairly quick, so people shuffled groups a bit and we moved on ot Cryptid, Sushi Go!, Junk Orbit, and Dune Imperium Uprising (and a cheeky game of 6 Nimmt! in there somewhere). The group I was in tried playing White Castle, but none of us knew the game and it was too complex for the time and effort we were willing to put in, especially when there were other games around waiting to be played.

For the afternoon, people settled into games of Brew, Quacks of Quedlinburg, and another group playing White Castle, and more successfully than I managed earlier!

Our next meeting is on 1 June, not the normal second Saturday of the month. Details are on our calendar and on the Meetup page. Hopefully see you there!
