April 2025 Meeting
More games
Despite slightly lower numbers due to a clash with Salute (the UK's largest wargaming expo) plenty of games were played, and a good time had by all!
The day started with Star Wars: The Outer Rim, the hotly anticipated Dune: Uprising Bloodlines, regular favourite The Isle of Cats, Red Rising and Daybreak.
Dune, The Outer Rim, and The Isle of Cats continued into the early afternoon, with a quick game of Barbecubes played over our lunch break.
Whilst the longer games continued, new games were started: A nine player game of Club favourite Six Nimmt, the always lovely Azul, Splendor, Cartographers and the push-your-luck bag builder Quacks of Quedlinburg.
When The Outer Rim finished we went straight into the gorgeous looking (and playing) Crown of Ash, whilst the Dune table split up and joined other tables, including another game of Quacks.
Other tables started on Colt Express (always fun!), worker-placement game Architects of the West Kingdom, Teotihuacan and the gorgeous Sea Salt and Paper.
Whilst some of the other games wrapped up, my day finished up with Village Green, a pretty card-drafting tableau builder.
